The Acoustics Institute is hosting the 15th edition of the Young Researchers' Days in Hearing, Musical Acoustics, and Audio Signals (JJCAAS) on January 26 and 27, 2026.
These days will be an opportunity to extend the festivities of the biennial sound event by bringing together experts and young talents around advances in key areas: Sound Perception, Physical Modeling of Musical Instruments, and Electroacoustics. This event is a unique platform for young researchers and the established scientific community, whose objectives for participants are:
- Develop a network: Two days of privileged exchanges to create lasting links with specialists in the sector.
- Explore the future of research: Three thematic round tables led by experts.
- Prepare for post-doctoral studies: Special round table “Doctorate, and then what?” to shed light on the various professional prospects after a doctorate.
- Present your work: Flash presentation and poster sessions dedicated to young researchers.
- Visit the Acoustics Laboratory at the University of Le Mans (LAUM).
- Socializing: Social evening at a partner bar
